We’re the same crew behind The Lobster Shack in East Haven, CT — a local favorite known for fresh seafood and summer-on-a-plate energy. After years of serving the shoreline, we wanted to bring that same coastal fun to Niantic… with a brand-new twist.
The Coastal Crust is our family’s latest adventure: a totally independent, family run spot (no chains here!) inspired by beach days, fresh flavors, and the kind of meals that taste even better with ocean air in the mix.
